Established in 2015. Principled Investigation is locally owned and managed in Central Florida by Ernest "Curt" Curtsinger. Curt is a former Chief of Police and Assistant City Manager in St. Petersburg, Florida. Prior to his time in St. Petersburg, he was a Bureau Commander with the Los Angeles Police Department. During his time with the Los Angeles Police Department Commander Curtsinger either directly commanded or oversaw the investigative function of various units within a police department of over 8,000 employees. He owned and operated a medium sized security and investigations agency for nine years. The firm was a full service firm with nearly 500 employees providing unarmed security throughout Los Angeles and conducting a number of very sensitive investigations and services.
