Established in 2021. 1999, Jim E. Lloyd Jr. began working security at Aloha Tower Marketplace. Late 2000, he moved to Zanzibar Nightclub as the Security/Floor Manager. Mid-2005, he moved to Las Vegas as a Lead Officer at the Paris Hotel & Casino. He moved to the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino as a Security Report Writer/Lead Officer. He obtained an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice and promoted to Corporal. He opened Crystals at CityCenter Las Vegas. As a Sergeant/acting Lieutenant, he co-designed and supervised the build of the SCR, SOP, and Surveillance/Access Control for the 800,000+sf 6-level segment of the 64-acre property. Managing 300+ Security Officers, he missed the Hawaiian Islands. Mid-2010s, Jim returned to obtain his Hawaii Public Adjuster license. August/November of 2021, he obtained his Private/Guard Detective licenses. He now operates under the tradename Hawaii Detective & Guard.
