Made a phone call to ask if they might take my case. Spoke with Derek the owner. He stated for this small claims case it's not legit for a licensed professional to do what I asked. But a private citizen is held to a lower standard so this would be basically in another category and probably ok. He knew he couldn't take the case but spent much time on the phone with me. The information he gave me was so right on point and very informative,I was much impressed. Derek also stated he's a lawyer so there's things he knows about the law that the average citizen would obviously not know. If I ever need this service for a case he's willing to take he'll be the first one I'll call. Thanks Derek for being so considerate and honest.
