Can I give a ZERO STAR!!! This review should have be giving LONG TIME AGO... but I was dealing with lots of marital problems and hire him to "follow" my partner... he took $500 and did nothing and showed me no proof of paperwork on the person he investigate and said to follow my partner was too earlier and would be EXTRA $$$$, it's all about money for him!!! RIPOFF KIND GUY and business!!! Don't tell that I didn't warrant you to not HIRE this guy‼‼‼‼‼never will ever hire his services‼‼‼ it's very wrong to make money in people that are very frágil and going through problems in their personal lives but I guess that one type of Narcissistic investigators out there!!!!

You are in the right place! Unfortunately, I have someone in my life that I will constantly require an investigators service. Mr Garrett will be my "go to" whenever i need these services again. First, i filled in my request on his site, and requested he contact me at a certain time, HE DID. Then i explained why I needed his services. He clearly knew his business and promised me a report by the end of the week, WHICH HE DID. He has answered numerous questions, has a logical mind and produces what you ask for. He is NOT condescending, listens and produces. I am retired/old school, and not trusting re sending my credit card to anyone via computer, but I did, and I received a receipt promptly, as well as a thank you. Be ware, i used an investigator in San Jose, who royally ripped me off, re his charges, and he produced a report with less information than i had gotten myself on the internet! As long as Steve is in business - it won't happen again. Thanks Steve!!
