I should have listened to the negative reviews on Google before I contacted Denver, but I brushed them off because I thought the reviewers were difficult clients. However, they were spot on how Denver conducted his business. I came to Denver to help me find the name and address of the buyer who bought the car from me many years ago. I told Denver that I tried everything to get the name, but due to a restricted law, DMV will not release that information. I consulted with Denver for a long time on the phone and hoped that he could help me. Denver would smooth talk me into that he has been in this field of work for a long time and he has friends and connections to help me get that information. His voice sounded sincere and I thought he genuinely wanted to help people who were in my situation. Therefore, I immediately paid him a fee that he requested. A few weeks later, Denver left me several voicemails regarding information that I already knew or I didn't need. He didn't mention the buyer's name and address which was the critical information that I hired him for. I tried to call him back several times, but he completely ignored me. I learned a great lesson from this is that I can't trust any private investigator, even the ones with licenses. If these guys ask to be paid 100% up front, you better re-negotiate with them and pay them 50% to start and 50% when the job is done. Otherwise, you will end up like me with vague information. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Denver came to my 'emotional rescue' today. After googling PIs in my area, I called a couple, only to receive their voicemails. I didn't want voice mails; I needed to speak to someone now. Denver picked himself up after the fourth ring. I felt relieved immediately. My issue - I was running out of options to locate a person's physical address to serve a restraining order/stocking. Denver first calmed me down, quietly listened, and then empathized with my situation. His and his family's background in service was comforting because I then knew he was credible. Denver gave me options of what he could do with very little information I had on this person: name, approx. Age, race, and what nearby county he resides in. This mission for Denver isn't easy, but if anyone can do it, he can. Thank you, Denver.

We needed assistance on a very time sensitive and highly important matter. Reaching out to Mr. Moore was the best thing I could have done. Mr. Moore took the time to hear the specifics and quickly understand the situation and what was needed. His communication and professionalism was beyond what is expected these days. Having someone actually answer the phone and provide their expertise and guidance is hard to come by. Mr. Moore is the real deal and easy to work with. I highly recommend.

I cannot rave enough about Mr Moore. I sought out his services to help me uncover an online stalker. Not only did we find the person, Mr Moore was able to give me great advice and a very different perspective on how to handle this awful situation...which I desperately needed. I cannot thank him enough. Easy to talk to, very responsive and highly skilled.

I had called many investigators to locate 2 people & serve them court papers. No one, except Denver Moore, even answered their phone. He was traveling and answered his phone when I called! He told me he didn't provide that service, so we hung up the phone. He promptly called me back referring me to Jason of DNR Legal (510-797-9996). Jason gave me the most help and information I was able to get from anyone. He looked up information right then and there, on the phone. He could have charged me and then came back with no findings, instead he helped me determine I needed to wait a few months before information I needed would appear in data bases. Now I have an Investigator who I can trust and I know I'll get help from. I can't thank Denver Moore enough for going the extra mile and taking the time to call me back and refer me to the right person to help me! He's 5 star in my book!

I needed a qualified private investigator to assist with a court case that I may be involved in. Denver handled my case personally and professionally. He even offered to assist in other ways during the investigation that exceeded my expectations. I will use him again if needed. He is prompt and professional and has numerous years of experience. I always dealt directly with Denver moore thoughtout the whole process and appreciated his personal attention to my specific case. I highly recommend him.

This guy is a complete scam artist, he charged over 200 dollars to do a google search for someone that returned no results, which is not the worst part, then he proceeded to continuously charge the card multiple times under an alias import company name. Please do not give this man a single billing detail, he is a scammer.
