I requested for surveillance for infidelity. I got a hit on Joshua when I searched on Bark. I contacted him and he responded so I know my messages were going through and not to spam. I responded to that email. I didn't get a response. I messaged again asking if he was interested. He responded and apologized. However, his reason for not responding was "I guess it got stuck in my outbox". I responded and explained what I needed. It wasn't that hard, but a lot of money. Well if your going to hire someone isn't it for your best interest to get what you actually need and not pay for extra hours during the day that you don't need? Spread the hours out and use them for the situation that benefits a client, not what you think is best as your client knows the situation. Well since I explained what I actually needed. I have been ghosted and have not been responded to. I have sent 4 emails since then. It's been 4 days and NOTHING. I have sent emails " just trying to touch base with you". Nothing. If your not interested and are unable to fill the job. Don't ghost or ignore a potential client. At least send them a message letting them know. You don't just ignore. That's poor customer service. I am sorry, but if you quote 3k for so many hours, those hours should be used accordingly to your clients need, not yours. It's not like your investigator lives hours away. It's very close compared to others. Very close meaning 1/2 hr. Most are a couple +hours away. It's just plain poor customer service if you can't at least respond to a potential client letting them know if your interested or not. Don't just leave them hanging because it's not a case you don't want to do. Trust me for what I am needing 3k is a huge quote. It would be nothing but you making money for a couple hours a day. I can understand why you only have 1 review here, well 2 now, and 2 on Bark. Apparently customer service is not important to you. Sorry but you lost a good customer, lost a good review, and money. I do not recommend.
