I spoke with Manny, who unfortunately lacked the professionalism to ask the name of the person of whom he was speaking with. I am impressed that Manny lacked 1) respect for US Veterans, The Church, funeral services, grieving families, etc. 2) respect for his employee who now suffers from mental distress from having been paid only $50 to dishonor fellow community members at church, and 3) the common sense or skill to identify ANY of the myriad of other locations/occasions that we unmistakably frequent which would have been unfathomably appropriate to serve a petty court document at. However, if you are looking to team-up with a company without a moral compass in hopes of traumatizing your servee and their family members at cultural ceremonies, Manny and his Team recieve my highest recommendation.

I am attorney and I was visiting Santa Fe. I left a very nice new jacket at a restaurant in Santa Fe. It's not the first time and, as I have done before, I was looking for a good attorney service to pick it up ASAP and mail it back to me in California. Manny at ASAP Priority answered the phone immediately (I got voice mail with other attorney services) and went right away to pick up my jacket. This was a special item to me and I appreciate Manny handling it with as much seriousness as a subpoena. His response was professional and he gave me continual updates via e-mail. My jacket arrived in CA via FedEx exactly as I requested. I travel frequently to Santa Fe for business and personal reasons. Manny and ASAP Courier Services will be my "go to" service when I am there and, God forbid, I leave things in Santa Fe again.

We contacted ASAP to have them pick up a small file from downtown and mail it to us using regular mail. We asked for a price. He said email him the details and he'll give a price. We did so. Two days later, ASAP then sends us a bill (well, sort of, it was just text in an email) charging $73 for this service and saying it was already performed. We contacted the office asking them to reconsider this charge because it was about double what we were expecting (and more than double what I've paid courier services for this kind of service in the past), and we did not approve the cost first as we had requested. I would certainly have contacted other courier companies had this cost been disclosed, as it's not a high-yielding matter. Rather than simply reconsider the charge, the ASAP contact became aggressive and used profanity, and explained that attorneys make a lot of money so we should just pay it. We did pay the invoice, as a matter of good practice, but due to the unfortunate experience described above, I cannot recommend this company. Two stars because the actual service performed was competent and quick, even if done without disclosure of the price before rendering.

A process server illegally entered my fenced and locked yard by unknown means after dark October 30 and repeatedly punched the doorbell and tried to jerk the screen open. I am a senior citizen living alone and was terrified, not knowing who was there. I looked out the window of a dark room adjacent to my front porch and could see a man repeatedly approaching the front porch where my motion detector light would go on, punch the doorbell repeatedly, then move back into the darkened yard where he could not be seen. He finally left, by scaling the fence. I could see his headlights and taillights as he drove from my driveway, watched him stop at my mailbox at the road, get out of his car, open my mailbox and apparently go through the mail - the mailbox was still open when I observed it the next morning, the mail in disarray. After I was sure he was gone, I opened the door and found a two summons propped against the screen door. They were addressed to two people who do not reside here. The next morning, I contacted the attorney whose contact information was on the summons. I demanded the process server's name, which he reluctantly gave me. He also made it clear that he did not believe my description of this man's actions. I wish to file a complaint against this process server, who the attorney identified as Manuel Maestas, the owner of ASAP Priority Process Server in Santa Fe. Please tell me how I can file a complaint against this person.
