I have 13 years experience managing the largest collection law firm here in downtown Honolulu. I also have over 19 years experience in collections and skip tracing (locating people).

Established in 2016. I worked at a Law firm as a manager for many years and noticed there was a need for process servers. So I started my business in 2016 and have successfully been serving Hawaii since.

Didn't really get the job done. She charges $156 upfront for three attempts, which I found out later was only her knocking on their door. I think she can do it if it's a simple service. However, if the person is evading, obviously they would not open the door. Save your money and find someone else that will do more to get it done. It's stressful enough to deal with your case. You shouldn't have to worry about the service part of it if you're already paying someone to do it. Also, if it's just door knocking, a regular mail man can do that for you if you pay for "certified mail" and that's going to cost you $15 at most. For three attempts, that's only $45. Hope this helps.

Tammy was only concerned about the $200 I had to pay her to coordinate a paperwork exchange on a Sunday. She kept repeating herself about the cost and the $150 extra for any additional wait times. After venmoing her the $200 she rudely told me if I don't answer my phone she will leave. She did not sound like she wanted to help nor did she act professionally being that I was a paying costumer. She is very rude.

Process server unlimited was great! The owner picked up my car and met me the same day. She was able to serve them a couple of days later when others were not able to. Hopefully I never have to use this kind of service again but if I do I will definitely use this company!

Ms. Tammy Silva is excellent. There is a list of independent civil process servers that is issued by the Hawaii Department of Public Safety from time to time. Ms. Silva was on it. Ms. Silva is creative and called me back with solutions. She was courteous, fast, persistent and mindful of your time and deadlines. It was clear from her work that she is an experienced professional in this field. I would definitely hire her again.

The person that I was serving was being evasive and I had sent several people and another process server, who could not serve my documents in 9 attempts. Tammy served my papers in 1 attempt. I would recommend using Tammy for all your service needs. I know I will if I need her in the future.

Tammy is simply the best!!! She was very prompt in responding and truly efficient in her work! I needed court papers served and she met me the same day and served the defendant immediately. I also hired her to help me with the eviction process and she was so thorough and completed the work from start to finish. She is very knowledgeable and was so easy to talk to and provided me support. She made a very stressful experience bearable because of her knowledge, professionalism, and BIG heart.
