I contacted this process service company with standard, reasonable questions before retaining them--specifically about their pricing if service required a nail-and-mail after unsuccessful attempts, and when service attempts would begin. Those questions were never answered. Instead, I was told to "look it up." When I did, New York State advised that questions about pricing must be answered by the process service provider, since costs vary by company. I also never received an answer regarding the timing of service attempts. The company ultimately declined to move forward. In hindsight, that worked out in my favor. I quickly found another reputable process service firm that had no problem answering all of my questions immediately, including by phone, and was transparent about both pricing and service timelines. Their fees were also lower. This review reflects my direct experience with communication and customer service only.
