Definitely would not recommend this firm. They recommended me shoemaker lawyer that brought my case 8 months back I had a ref file and fired the recommended attorney Quick Evicts recommended to represented me. This is a third-party (Quick Evicts) Benjamin was horrible & is not even in New York

Do not believe these paid and or fake reviews My cousin is trying to evict a non paying tenant for almost a year. He used this service and so far they have done nothing at a cost of almost $2,000. Phone calls and texts not answered. All i needed was a copy of the photo they allegedly took that they said they served the eviction notice. First they said they had the wrong address and that should have been the first red flag. Then ZERO communication after i pressed them on the issue. So in the meantime i am losing rental income and these guys are in the wind with my money. Do not waste your time at all with this lame duck company you will regret it.
