Fantastically professional, efficient, and wonderful! Called them at about 7:30 a.m. to bring docs from Old City to West Philly, and they arrived before 10:00 a.m. on the same day! Will happily recommend to all and sundry looking for a courier service in the future - thanks for making a big moving project a little less stressful, guys!

Their customer service is amazing, they are friendly, kind, knowledgable, professional, patient and willing to work with you to ensure client satisfaction! I love how they stayed in constant communication with them even after hours, throughout the process. What one courier service was not able to do, they did on the very first attempt!! Rapid Delivery Courier service will deliver, no pun intended :-) Their cost is very competitive. I am a satisfied customer!! Not only will I use their courier services again but will recommend their services to friends and colleagues at my academic institution. Again, I highly recommend this Rapid Delivery services! I did not use this company's services, but had several contacts with them and would definitely recommend them, based on this limited experience. My courier request was quite unusual, but they gave it full consideration, then explained politely that they would not be able to help me. Actually, I can understand their position, and there may have been an insurance liability that they were not set up to assume. At any rate, the professionalism of Brian was so appreciated that I felt moved to post this review.

Angel is on Top of his game! We had a Trade Show Trunk delivered to a wrong address in Center City, and we needed it picked up and delivered to the correct location by close of the day. Absolutely phenomenal service and attention to detail. After talking to Marc, I felt like my overly complicated situation with legal documents in one place and then getting them signed in a different place, was going to be taken care of. He suggested optimized ways of how to solve the problem and ways that would save me money. They were incredibly responsive and just overall blown away by the quality of the service.

I've used Rapid Delivery in the past for work, but mistakenly thought they only did regional work. I was wrong! I needed someone to pick up a special birthday present I had commissioned for my husband - a 5' chainsaw carving of two baby bears in a tree, and the artist was located in York in PA. The other companies I contacted quoted prices that were more money than the carving. Some told me they didn't go that far - or only went out of State. My co-worker suggested I call Rapid Delivery. She said they did do long distance runs. I called and worked with Alan on the project. What else is there to say, except they did an absolutely perfect job. The followed my directions and didn't mind when I kept checking to make sure everything was a go. It was so simple and so pleasant, I almost didn't believe it could be so seamless. It was and the bears are now safely at home in my backyard.
