I spoke with Bart about needing a package delivered to a friend for her birthday about 3 or 4 years ago. I was worried because other companies can sometimes get annoyed about making small runs, but Rainbow Express didn't make me feel that way once! I was treated with the upmost respect and was assured my fragile package was in good hands. I have since used Rainbow for all of my delivery needs!

I live on the West Coast and needed a service to pick up cupcakes to be delivered for the birth of my nephew in Columbus. I did an online search and stumbled upon a feature in Yelp to request quotes. I received several replies but the one from Bart, the owner of Rainbow Express was speedy, professional and personable -- and the rate was excellent and fair for what I needed. The delivery happened exactly as promised and the whole process was seamless. Bart was easy to deal with and he was responsive to my questions. I would use this business again and highly recommend them.

Whether filing documents with the Court and/or normal delivery services, Rainbow is hands down the best we have ever used (and have tried quite a few!). They never disappoint. Love working with Kristen and Bart! They are a true class act and we would HIGHLY recommend them for any job you need.

This courier business does it all!! And if I'm not mistaken, it's one of (if not THE) original courier companies in Central Ohio. They've been around for over 30 years, that much I know is true! Anyway, they went to retrieve my wallet that my absent mind had forgotten in a shopping cart at a local store, where confirmed that someone had found it (thank God for honest people!) and turned it in to customer service. Anyway, I had made it home by the time I had discovered my forgetfulness! They brought it to me within an hour of my call, and most importantly, didn't charge me an arm and a leg to do it! On the flip side of that spectrum, I needed a subpoena served and low and behold, they do that too!!! Bart is the President of the company, and is hands down the best at customer service and more importantly, customer satisfaction! This is one of few times I actually wish Yelp offered 10 Stars!! But I'll settle with the maximum of 5!
