They have some professional management but unfortunately they also have zero loyalty to their employees in the long run. You'll always have the feeling that you're contributing and then being put out to pasture before you even realized on what happened. Again Wishy-washy business unfortunately

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I had a trip to vegas scheduled but our flight agency cancelled our flights, not once, but 3 times. We were unable to book through RCI in the week that our plane tickets had been moved to. The flight agency gave us a full refund, but RCI has been a thorn in my side since the first time I tried calling them. At first, all I wanted to do was help me move the room, and they told me that i couldn't. Finally, someone told me that I could. I had to get with my friends on where to rebook and they had literally nothing available for the week we were going on vacation. I called back and asked for a refund and the woman on the other end told me that if I got the account owner on the phone, they would grant me a full refund. I got her on the phone, and another person answered the call. He told me that there was no way I could get a refund whatsoever. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me that he "didn't have a manager". when I persisted he told me I could have an $89 refund (I paid $517 in total) and I told him that wasn't good enough. he then told me that he was going to get his supervisor on the phone (I thought he didn't have one?). this man was the worst of all. At first he was so kind to me but by the end of the phone call he was literally yelling at me, when I hadn't raised my voice at him once. He finally told me that he could give me a refund in the amount of $389, and when I told him that I paid more than that he said "NOW you want more than 389???" And I told him "Yes, I want back what I paid." He told me at this point to "STOP ARGUING" with him and that he "IS TRYING TO HELP ME", after this he said "YOU SHOULD HAVE NEVER CANCELLED THIS VACATION." (I still haven't raised my voice to this man, meanwhile he has spent half of the phone call literally yelling at me because I want a refund because these people obviously do not have a clue what they are talking about. Finally, he told me that he would give me a refund BUT at the expense of the account owner. Meaning that if she booked with them again she would NEVER be able to cancel or reschedule her vacation ever again. Don't worry, he said "God Bless" at the end of the phone call. TLDR; RCI is the most crooked company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Between the rude and dishonest staff, the lies that they all told me, and the stress it has caused, I am floored. I have never in my life dealt with such a corrupt business. This entire company should not be in business. They are thieves and do not care about anything except taking your money.

As a retired law enforcement officer, I was fortunate to have held several front office management position(s) in the executive security field. Personally, I have always prided myself of being communicator along with a truly fair person when it comes to dealing with fellow employees. But unfortunately after being hired by RCI & Associates i felt it was necessary to express my disappointment and frustration with them. I truly think in the beginning when I began with them that they were on the right track/direction but soon after they hired someone new in the front office (C.R.) the work atmosphere and or environment changed for the worst. I believe that this person only cause friction and definitely doesn't understand that the business is successful when employees feel that they have job security and more. Also i am the last person that would ever pulled the "Race Card" but this truly isn't that typical case but what really concerns me is that the company is minority owned (a single Native American) and I believe this owner knows that there are some unfair employee issues that normally involve(s) minority employees! Coincidence (?) im not sure or convinced right at this moment but what i am truly Hoping is that my honest rating and concerns for this business will alert and wake them up along with helping them improve their employee relations and avoid future drama and disgruntled prior employees. "it always starts from the top" !!
