I am not local and found ROJ via internet. After talking to them over the phone, I decided to hire them to recover my judgment. Within 1 month, i was informed that they were able to lock useful info and recover the judgment. They provided great services and do care about their customers. They are very professional and I am very glad that I hired them. I would strongly recommend them to everyone.

This company is awful. If I could give it 0 stars I would. They had my case for about 10 months, rarely responded to my inquiries on the status of my collection. I would check in with them every 6 weeks or so and they would not return my emails or phone calls. When they finally would get back to me the response was always the same..."check in in a couple of weeks". They were supposed to look into existing bank accounts and assets and that took about 6 months. It does not take 6 months file an appropriate forms to locate money. They were supposed to send the debtor a Subpoena Duces Tecum to have them appear in their office for a deposition and they accepted every excuse in the book from the debtor not to appear. It's almost as if they were working for the debtors rather than me. They are uneducated with regards to the court system. After calling the court clerk's office I found out a lot of the information they gave me was incorrect. They stalled for so long that it gave the debtors plenty of time to file for bankruptcy and now I can't collect anything. Coincidentally, the day I received the debtor bankruptcy notice in the mail was the same day I received an email from Judgement of Recovery that they are dropping my case. Don't add insult to your injury by hiring these people. Just hire a legitimate lawyer and get it done.

I retained this company to assist me in collecting upon a judgement. They worked tirelessly for no upfront fee to do all they could to collect for me, unfortunately the defendant used a legal loophole to evade judgement within the State of NY. Although they were not able to recover for me, I really appreciate all of the hours and effort that Miss Roopa put into my file, while maintaining contact with me every step of the way, and taking time out of her busy schedule to keep me informed at each development. I could not have asked for a better caseworker, and this company should give her a raise for how personable, knowledgeable, and hardworking she is for her clients. If I ever have a judgement in the future that requires an agent to collect upon it, Recovery of Judgement and Miss Roopa will be my go to. I highly recommend you retain their services if you would like to take the burden of a whole load of stress off of your shoulders while being given the gift of knowing confidently that a company is out there working tirelessly on your behalf to collect upon a judgement for you. Ask for Roopa and you won't be sorry!

Very satisfied with the service that I got with these guys. I won by case in civil court and received a judgment over 2 years ago. I didn't know that actually collecting would be so tough. I found ROJ online and signed my case over to them to collect and I got my cash within 2 months. I HIGHLY recommend working with them - There's nothing to lose, only to gain!

Completely unresponsive. Every few weeks I check in with Vera, and she gives me a different story. Each conversation with her ends with her telling me that she will check on something and call me back. In the 10 months they have had my case, she has never called. Not once. She does not respond to emails and does not return voicemail messages. You have to get "lucky" and hope she is the one who answers the phone.

These guys are the best!!! They were so helpful in getting the money that was owed to me. They were very professional. I was extremely impressed on how knowledgeable they were on the entire judgement process. I would recommend them to anyone that needs to collect a judgement that is owed to them.

The people at recovery of judgment are extremely professional. They kept in constant contact, updating me on my case, letting me know how close they were to securing my money. They stay true to their slogan. They didn't charge me a penny until they collected a portion of my judgment. It took four months but I'm happy it was resolved after 5 years of problems.
