I called Rui asking if he could get someone over to our client's home to scan so
I called Rui asking if he could get someone over to our client's home to scan some documents over to us that we needed within an hour and he went into GO mode. He said he didn't do that kind of work but knew someone who could and immediately took charge in calling someone he knew who said they had a guy that could get the job done. Rui immediately called that guy who said he was 10 minutes out from our Clients house and could get the job done. Mind you Rui was not even in the office, he was in the middle of running personal errands. Never met a soul has determined as Rui to help me out and I appreciate that. If you want a process server, this is the man for the job.

This guy is nuts. He asked me if I was going to pay him, so I told him I was and that he could look me up and then he said I was being disrespectful, that he was rich and didn't need my business and that he was refusing service. Maybe I caught him on a bad day, but he was incredibly unprofessional and, in fact, threatening on the phone. He also "forgot" to serve two additional defendants in my complaint and was surprised that I wasn't happy about this. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for help.

I'll make this direct and to the point, Roy (Rui) is amazing to work with. He took care of the "service" within 3 hours of accepting the job. No BS. No extras. If you need a Process Server, look no further than Registered Process Server. I'd hire him again if I need his skill set.
