Russ was more than just a stranger that I hired Russ felt like a partner. A friend who had my best interest at heart and wanted me to succeed in life. Russ could have just made three attempts and threw in the towel. Russ put in extra effort to not only find the identity of the recipient but identify his home address and his personal vehicle and to find him during an opportune moment of most convenience for ease of service. I wouldn't just describe Russ as professional but I would describe him as something more top tier five star no exaggeration. Worth every penny I spent.

My situation was very difficult, to say the least. I never had to serve someone before and Russ made the process as easy as one can. He is kind and provides great advice, his company is professional and you could sense and feel his genuine concern for his clients. My heart goes out to anyone needing to protect themselves and have a person served. But if you find yourself in this situation, CALL Russ!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I was in a hard situation where I needed an order of protection served to my son's dad immediately so that my son wouldn't have to go to his dad's house on a Friday night. Russ left a movie with his grandkids to make sure he got served. He really cares about people and goes above and beyond to help you! I can't recommend them enough!

We called several process servers to serve a summons and complaint on a private person. Most process servers told us to they would not make any attempts to serve the documents within the first 3 days unless we paid twice as much for "expedited service". I went to their office which is about 8 miles from my home, gave them the documents, pAid the standard fee and went back home again. 10 minutes later my phone rang: "The defendant has been personally served." Awesome service- I strongly recommend this company
