John is very friendly and accommodating. He was so kind and understanding when I needed help with a family issue at a moment's notice. The security guard who ended up working with us directly, Jeff, was also extremely considerate, professional, and went above and beyond for us at our event. When he wasn't standing guard (looking very capable and authoritative I might add), Jeff was helping our family friend in a wheelchair around the property and directing traffic in the parking lot. We tried desperately to tip him, but Jeff insisted that he does this work to help others, rather than for extra cash. Their rates were affordable, response time was lightning fast, and customer service was the best I'd encountered in the industry. We'd absolutely use them again and recommend them highly.
