A simple request to confirm my daughter's location in order to reconnect. Already suspect there's a 99% percent chance I know where she is, just need verification before I spend thousands on travel, hotel, rental car. Provided every piece of info needed short of a DNA sample. Despite the fact I conveyed my desperation to contact/visit her, Schaad (The Owner himself) neglected to even return my phone call after botching her social security number after my initial visit. This place is a joke and I have no idea what they do in order to afford to keep the lights on however, it's not detective work as the name implies. To not even return my phone call following my sit down with the owner! You couldn't detect your way out of a wet paper bag! In case you read this or even care enough, I won't hide behind anonymously behind a compliant. I'm the guy who works 2 tenths of a mile from your location in York who's looking for his daughter in Tulsa, OK

From the service that I have experience was been very unprofessional, I walked to the door of this company and before I can even say good morning I was approached by the lieutenant there or the person that was in charge and was told that I could not apply for a job unless I agree to cut my locks because they do not hire anyone with long hair. they only change the policy for a long beards. I wasn't given a offer I wasn't even given a chance. As far as I am concerned it was discriminatory from the jump. And just to add they never showed me anything that stated that in their policy.
