I really wish I could leave more than 5 stars. The customer service rep that I spoke to was fantastic. She was patient and answered ALL of my questions and I had a lot of them. She walked me through the process!! Two thumbs up Sentrylink !!! Professional, helpful, patient!!!!

I really wish I could leave negative stars. This company is by far the absolute WORST background check agency in history. I called the customer service phone number and both the agent and her supervisor were being loud with me. You are better off doing a background check with CHECKR. Or betterfuture if you need a free self background report. Their "coverage" doesnt cover any big counties, like Los Angeles, or Las Vegas, Miami-Dade.

Never again! I ordered four reports, two came instantly. It's been a week and the other two have not come. I called and they absolutely refused to tell me how much time it might take to get the remaining reports. Of their own volition, they did tell me that they would not give a refund. After reading other reviews it appears that a month is not uncommon to get your report. I needed to hire someone immediately or lose my contract. I contacted another background check company and received the delayed reports immediately.

This is a background checking company and they have 2 of 2 things. 1) Horrible customer service. They spoke to me very condescendingly and that was by the first customer service representative and the manager. 2) less than accurate reporting. My advice is to pay a little more to receive a full reporting somewhere else. Really would not recommend.

If you want to receive reports that are inaccurate and then have your account canceled when you bring it to the company's attention then this is the company for you. If you want to literally be lied to when you find out your account was canceled without any warning and told you didn't comply with an "audit" even though an audit was never requested, then this is your company. I would say that the accuracy of their reports and the customer service you receive are equal in quality. They both pretty much suck. There are many other companies that one can use for the information Sentry provides and I would suggest using them.
