I have never seen any organization work like this. I paid them $85 once; they said they couldn't get access to the given address or the person, and they refunded me $25. I called them to do my work again and they charged me $85. I even provided my defendant contact information so that whenever they go to his house they can call him to check if he is there. They said they could do it for me. It's been more than two weeks and I got no response. I called them to check if the work is done. They said, my defendant is give them hard time which was completely false statement. They just called him once and never called him back. I called them to make it clear but they don't pick up the phone. My defendant also called them. It's so unfair because I paid them twice but still my work wasn't done. I am very disappointed about their services. You should improve your customer service. Thanks!!!
