Absolutely fantastic service! They were very professional, easy to work with, consistent and persistent in getting the papers served quickly (to someone who was trying to avoid it). Amazing communication throughout the process. Immediately let us know papers were served and sent over a copy of the proof of service. Definitely highly recommend!!

This company was so incompetent with serving my Civil Summons! They cost me 2 months delay and $104-- FOR NOTHING. Yes, they 'served' it, however I noticed they had the wrong City and zipcode on their notarized Return, so we had to re-do the Return paperwork. After Jacqueline Lopez told me it was served, I had to ask for next steps...what/how to file with Courts. She told me to just file it with the Court. (Found out later from the Manager, they should've done this for me.) I filed per her instructions, got a Motion for Default Judgement and hearing date set in 60 days....Great.... Nope! I noticed the Defendant's address that the Hearing paperwork was sent to was the 'original' Summons address that I told Served 2 Perfection was a wrong address... (I found this out after filing...)...So, I called the Court to let them know they sent the Notice to the wrong address, that the Process Servers return showed the correct address for the Defendant. The Court said my Process Server should've either ammended the original summons address or told me to when filing the Return. And that this was most likely why the judge set a HEARING INSTEAD OF JUST ISSUING AN IMMEDIATE DEFAULT JUDGMENT to resolve my dispute! And, that if I waited until the hearing in October and did not have the address corrected, the Judge may even throw out my case.--all for a technical clerical issue!! NO ONE AT SERVED 2 PERFECTION TOLD ME THIS...Soooo, 60 days after starting this ordeal, I have to re-start the entire Summons/ Complaint filing/serving process over from scratch. When I called them to ask why they didn't mention this simple, but crucial detail, she said "we're not paralegals. We usually just deal with attorneys and they must know to ammend /correct the address." HOW CAN THIS COMPANY NOT KNOW THIS common information in their line of business?? I asked her if when I re-file and start this process over, would she consider a discount to -reserve the Summons and she said no and tried to tell me she already offered me a discount ($104?) for the error. Her error, I reminded her. I was quoted much less, so there was no discount. What a colossal waste of time & money this company cost me. Highly recommend you LOOK ELSEWHERE for accurate serving process and cheaper rates. Just found another company for $40.

I have used Served 2 Perfection on two different occasions, both difficult cases. I've been very pleased with their tenacity, sticking with it until the job is done. They have been courteous, pleasant, and professional in the office and provided detailed updates until the summons is served. I recommend them highly.
