Laila was responsive, communicative, and very thorough in her response to my request for service in a legal matter. She communicated via phone, email, and text as she kept me apprised of her attempts and eventual success at service! She went above and beyond for me. I would most definitely recommend her to any friends or family who might need service provided on their behalf. In fact, I have already shared her information with two friends in less than a week!

So glad I found Laila and Tri Valley Universal on Yelp! A much larger (unnamed) company that I was using only completed part of a job that had a Sunday deadline, and they apparently don't work weekends. So I had to scramble and find someone else. And even though I called Laila on a Saturday evening, and she was out of town, she took my call and made sure my papers were served on multiple parties and in a nick of time. Not only that, she was very professional and pleasant to work with, and her fees were very reasonable. There was literally nothing she could have done better.

I called Tri Valley Universal with the hopes of serving someone by mail immediately. Laila was very pleasant and helpful and agreed to assist me on a Saturday morning. She instructed me clearly about the process. She met me at the post office within the hour and my service was completed with satisfaction at a reasonable price. The business offered to file the paperwork at the court for me, which I thought was a great option for people who can not do so themselves. I highly recommend Try Valley Universal if you need an efficient and competent process server who provides great customer service.

Lailoma went above and beyond to ensure my documents were seamlessly served during a stressful time. I called her at noon to discuss my situation and she made the first attempt within 2 HOURS. Unfortunately, the property was inaccessible but she returned the following day and called me immediately and stated there was still no access to the property. Lailoma could have easily told me, "we tried, job done, good luck with everything," but she did not stop there! She researched the company's limited business hours and called the business to confirm their weekend hours. She made another trip to the property and served the documents directly (on her day OFF). I received confirmation from her within minutes. Not only did Lailoma successfully serve my documents to ensure I could keep my scheduled court date, she took the time to explain all my options and next steps. She even offered to deliver the proof of service to the courts. I hope to never find myself serving a company or a person in the future, but I would highly recommend Tri Valley Universal. Thank you Lailoma, for helping me during a stressful time!

I sent them our papers and they took care of it, no stress for us! They had our papers served in 4 days!! Such a weight off our shoulders. Glad I found the right company and server Lailoma to take care of serving court papers to the person that was avoiding being served! I had a friend that tried to serve this person with no success. But Lailoma nailed it on her first attempt! I told Lailoma if she was successful on serving right away she would receive a BIG tip! Thank you again Lailoma! Your awesome!

Very professional process servers. I have used these guys twice, both times to serve difficult defendants who were avoiding service. Tri Valley Universal was creative and tenacious. EXCEPTIONAL! Excellent professional and quality service. I have never had to hire a process server before. My initial phone call was returned by Lialoma immediately. I emailed her the documents she required last evening, had a follow up confirmation of receipt from her this morning and in less than 24 hours, she had served the papers, sent my invoice and provided me proof of service!!! The service and communication was fabulous and stress free. I would highly recommend Lialoma and Tri Valley Universal. Thank you so much for all your help and amazing service!
