Ideally, Zero Stars would be the best option. I don't think anyone has less integrity than Don and Seward Investigations, the last two reviews also line up with my experience. He will lie to you. He has no regard for laws and a legal process. He will try to take your money. He is unable to keep track of simple tasks. He refuses to cooperate in any way. He wont even acknowledge questions. He thinks he's a big shot and too good for you. Hire ANYBODY else.

Do not use this guy for anything he's will verbally abuse you and rage. He doesn't do his job. I was given his card at courthouse. He was a nightmare to deal with. I had to get a Sargent and Corporal involved to get him to file a receipt of unlawful detainer. I am from West Palm Beach was there on my 94 year old father's behalf. He will basically tell you to F**k off after you pay him. I am a 70 year old woman and have never been spoken to like that in my life!!! He has lied to everyone involved. Myself the Sargeant and the Corporal. He should have his license revoked.

Am a newbie regarding trying to process serve a deadbeat. I was referred to Seward Investigations from a process server I found. I needed an additional address to continue the small claims process service. Spoke to Don on the phone however he handeled me like he was late for a bus. He did provide an address for a mere $ 185.00. Not only was it expensive the address was NOT for the person I was hoping to serve. Sent him emails as well and ( 2 ) separate texts. Requested him to pls explain his reasoning on the address. He did NOT answer either email or the texts. The gent is just another skum bag, just like the gent I was hoping to serve. If you desire short, rude and expensive service knock your self out.
