This "process server" is unlicensed through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. She calls herself a process server, but since she's unlicensed and if she was not appointed to your specific case, if she served your process, it can be ruled as bad service because she is unlicensed. Illinois compiled statutes below: In counties with a population of less than 2,000,000, process may be served, without special appointment, by a person who is licensed or registered as a private detective under the Private Detective, Private Alarm, Private Security, Fingerprint Vendor, and Locksmith Act of 2004 or by a registered employee of a private detective agency certified under that Act as defined in Section (a-5) This company has skirted the law.

We were so pleased with the service we received from Seinya! We'd hoped to never have to hire a process server to evict a tenant, but Seinya was a silver lining. She was very communicative and was able to serve our tenant notice in under 24 hours! Her documentation was exactly what we needed and she was a helpful resource to us as we navigated the eviction process. She was responsive and got the job done. Payment was required upfront, but it was a worthwhile investment. We'd definitely use this service again in a heartbeat if we need a document served and notarized documentation.

Sam was amazing and awesome. She answered the call when we needed them and went way out of her way to handle our case personally. With only a couple of days to work with she stepped up and got the job done. We had contacted several other agencies before we know about Suddenly Serviced none of which reacted like she had. I HIGHLY recommend Seniya of Suddenly Served. I found Seinya of Suddenly Served on Yelp after the Cook County Sheriff's department unsuccessful attempt to serve our tenant who has been living unlawfully in our condo. First Seinya was responsive when I reached out to her. She got back to me in less than 24 hours after I contacted her. Second, she's personable and professional. I felt like I knew her for years. She made me feel like more than a client. She took the time to educate me on the general server process as well as provided details on her specific process. Seinya is a collaborator. She worked with me to determine the best way to serve the defendant. I appreciated that she sought my input and insight which she used to develop a creative way to serve the defendant. Her extensive experience, creativity and her collaborative approach resulted in her successfully serving the defendant in about 1 week. Upon completion of the service, we received our affidavit in another week. My husband and I were able to download our required documents to the courts two weeks ahead of time. What impressed me most about Seinya is that I was not just another client among many but rather she gave me undivided attention. She made me feel like I was her only client. It is clear that Seniya doesn't treat her work as a job but a passion. Finally, Suddenly Served is reasonably priced, especially for the service I received.
