Horrible at best. If I gave David Cobos $125 and all the information such as SS#
Horrible at best. If I gave David Cobos $125 and all the information such as SS#, DOB, Name, Address, Phone Number, Email address and asked him to simply confirm the address. He gave me back all the SAME information I had ALREADY given him and he took my $125. I asked him since he gave me nothing for my $125 would he look up someone else and of course, no reply. I EVEN HAD TO TELL HIM HOW TO LOOK UP AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO SEE IF WAS ACTIVE. I did his job for him and all I wanted was a verification of address which HE WAS NOT CAPABLE OF DOING. Now, of course, he won't answer my emails or texts. He is HORRIBLE. DON'T USE HIM. He will just steel your money.

When I called David Cobos, I had been searching for my birth mother for over 35 years. If I were to tell the whole saga here, it would take pages. Just before contacting Mr. Cobos, I had managed to finally find my mother's daughter's ex-husband in New Jersey. He told me that my mother was living in Arizona and had recently moved into a senior living center. I phoned numerous senior care facilities in Arizona on my own and had no luck, so I decided I needed help. I did some research on private investigators in the area and called David Cobos. When I spoke to him on the phone and told him my story, two things stood out for me. One was that he really cared about helping me and the other was that I was in good hands -- he knew what he was doing. Well, the result was that, in a very short time, he managed not only to locate my mother, but found a photo of her and shared it with me. Thanks to him, I was able to get in touch with her. I wish I could say it was a joyful reunion, but she denied being my mother and made it clear that she didn't want anything to do with me. Here's the thing. Even though it didn't go the way I hoped it would, my quest had been fulfilled. This was thanks in large part to the efforts of David Cobos. Thank you, David! P.S. I later found a first cousin on my mother's side who was thrilled that I found her. I also found my father's side of my birth family (which is huge) and have gotten to know quite a few of them.
