Mark Weisberg is a lying, rude, thief and he does not have one good bone in his body. I spoke several times to this no good scoundrel about serving my son's father court papers and he took weeks to serve him. I had to call him about whether the papers were served and that's when he said yes with the promise to send me proof. Months later, no proof of the paperwork being served and now Mark Weisberg is not answering my phone calls. God Don't Like Ugly!

was told that the service was completed. court states that they have not received the service. contacted him so he can mail me a copy of service. 2 months later and yet nothing. at this point I feel robbed. now I have to go to court again refile and pay a constable to do the service. something that would only cost me $125.00 Now going to cost me $250.00 I personally not recommend him. terrible experience. wish I could say different.

I know we could go to a bank, but it's kind of a pain. This service is excellent. And we had questions about constable services. Which the gentleman , Mark was expert.

I highly Recommend Marc Weisberg. As an Attorney I regularly need to have process issued andserved. I met Constable Marc Weisberg more than 6 years ago when I needed something done Urgently. He came through for me in that pinch, and has come through for me every time since. He has been willing to acomodate my short-notices, last minute witness issues, and travels as far as he needs to get the job done. He has made suggestions that improve my purposes, and worked with me when I needed the Original ROS within days. He has been pleasant, respectful, and balances his work with a healthy sense of humor as well. I have not hesitated to recommend him to other Lawyers and pro se litigants in need of constable and service services.

I cannot praise Constable Mark Weisberg enough for the courteous, professional, careful service that he has provided to me and to my low- income clients over these past several years. He has served guardianship petitions to immigrant and refugee families at all hours and all around the Metropolitan area. He has gone out of his way to accommodate my needs and the difficulties of my clients. The service was timely and his efforts were above and beyond any reasonable expectation.

Mark Weisberg is very unprofessional, evil, rude and a thief! Initially, like most crooks, Mark was nice and talkative. However as soon as he collected my money he was rude and curt. I only called him a few times/when necessary. When I simply inquired as to what was taking so long for him to email my copy of the Notice, Mark BLOCKED my number. I have was very patient and polite with Mark, who was suppose to send my copy of the Notice at the time he mailed it to Computershare. Additionally, all Mark had to do was mail a form, as he never attempted to personally serve the few pages due to coronavirus, so this matter required very little "work/effort" on his part. Mark has NOT earned my $75.00 as I explained to him, 1.) I have nothing to file with the Court, 2.) I cannot communicate with him because he blocked me for no reason, 3) Mark REFUSES to simply email me a copy of the required documents so I can file it with the court. If this thief/Mark Weisberg continues to refuse to send my copy and I am unable to communciate with him, I will be forced to dispute the fees I paid with paypal. I believe the good reviews are from his family and friends. The Constables have a "C" rating with the Better Business Bureau, and numerous complaints! Mark's license as a Constable needs to be immediately REVOKED! Run from this lying thief, do NOT give him your money because he's a Dr. Jekell/Mr. Hyde!

Appallingly rude and incompetent. I live out of town and hired Mark to serve my divorce papers in December. Due to typical divorce drama, the service and payment were completed by the end of April. However, I still have not received my papers back. Mark avoided my attempts to contact him for over a month before finally responding several weeks ago that he was going to send them. He claims they have been sent but has not provided any proof of shipment or tracking information. Did he just stick a stamp no my legal paperwork and hope for the best? Unethical and thoughtless. Don't bother.

I cannot thank Mark enough for the work he's done for me in serving papers. He's professional and an expert in all aspects of his work. I live in California and had not idea how to serve someone across the country, but Mark was a Pro and he understands how the crazy California courts work. I contacted Mark on a Friday morning at 9am and Mark had the papers served by 9:00pm that night. Mark knew I was up against a deadline and did this late at night and in the face of a terrible snow storm. When Mark attempted service he was lied to and turned away, but Mark stood his ground and called the police, they arrived and helped serve the papers! I could not be happier with Mark and the work he does, he excels in even the worst situations. THANK YOU MARK!!!
