We serve documents in Washington, D.C., northern Virginia, and southern Maryland. We strive to attempt service on all of our papers within twenty-four hours of receipt. Our process servers don't just knock on doors--we investigate all leads and conduct neighborhood checks, vehicle identification, and postal verification. We have detailed written reports of all attempts, and provide callback affirmation of completed service by our process servers on the road and staff in-house.
Established in 2013. I started my company by default. I was going thru a simple (witch I Thought) divorce that should of cost me $1000. However it was because of a difficult process my bill ran up to $7000. My attorney asked if I wanted to work off my debt. I ask "by doing what"? He said "serving court papers for me"! "For each paper you serve I'll knock off $50". Needless to say I hope on that opportunity and never looked back from that day. Since then I've started & grown a successful company that I look forward to passing along to my children one day.

They got the people I needed served, served within afew days even though the people where trying to dodge service. Glad I chose them over the sheriff's office who could not be bothered to even return a phone call. Very satisfied!

Excellent services! I was refer to Turner Express. I needed a PI to follow my husband who was cheating on me. After meeting this husband and wife duo i knew I had hired the right team. They made me feel very comfortable talking to them about my situation. They are extremely professional and worked hard to get me the results i was looking for. Unlike other PIs this husband and wife team are very good at being invisible. My husband had know clue he was being follow and photograph. If you need a PI I highly recommend Turner Express. You will not regret it!

I was looking for a process server that could serve some time sensitive documents for a reasonable and fair price. I called all around looking for the right company to do the job and I came across Turner Express. I spoke with Khym and she was extremely professional and I could tell she genuinely cared about my case and meeting my tight deadlines. Payment was easy and well explained and my job was done in less than 2 days! I am so happy and grateful I went with Turner Express and if I have documents to serve in the future I know who to call. The Turner Express Team provided excellent service in having someone served, that I have been trying to get served for over a year now. Turner Express was able to serve this person within 24 hours of me giving them the documents to be served. I truly appreciate their work. Found out The owner of turner express isn't Khym Turner it is Levar Turner an to make a laugh about it Khym is a alias name an her last name is not Turner... I had legal documents that needed to be served an they were served bad. The person that served the document was by Levar Turner but the person who signed the affidavit was not Levar turner it was someone else stating that they sworn an serve the individual .This was a mess an a bad serve..I would advise that everyone do a proper back ground check when it comes to Legal documents an what company to really use..This company is brand new an has not been in the Legal business for 5 years
