I highly recommend TMS Investigations because I needed some help tracking down a contractor that gave me a bogus address on an invoice and then took off with my money for a driveway resurface repair. The contractor was hired to lay 2 to 3 coats of concrete to conceal cracks but only laid one coat and never came back to inspect or to complete the job. I corresponded with him over 4 months via phone and email to finish the job and was unsuccessful. Since his address was bogus, I had no other recourse but to hire a private investigator to track him down. This is where TMS Investigations came to the rescue. I hired TMS Investigations and within a week the contractor was located, served court papers and affidavit of service filed with the county court. Wow, I was very impressed with the professionalism, reasonable cost and speed in handling my case. I highly recommend TMS Investigations, they don't mess around, they were fast, effective and delivered quickly. Gloria M

Phil is by far the best private investigator I've ever used! He is detailed and knows exactly what to do. I told him what I was looking for and he delivered every time. I used on at least 6 or more occasions and then needed him to put records together for court. I'd recommend his company to anyone who is looking for a highly qualified and experienced PI. Result matter and TMS can get it done.

This was my first time using an investigative service and I was NOT disappointed. Phillip was really responsive,informative, and said/did everything he said he would. He also called me with updates. The videos and pics were great and the report was comprehensive and complete. He really helped ease my fears about the process and the constant wondering what was happening throughout. Great job!

This is a bit random of a review, but an old friend of mine was heavy on my mind for a while and after all the best internet stalking I could do on my own, I thought to take it to the next level. I found TMS Investigations and after a quick sit down for background information, I was delivered a thorough report. I was very grateful for the quick results! Apparently they also specialize in investigating child custody cases and cheating spouses. (I wish Yelp had emojis, because I'd definitely insert a few here!) Hopefully I'll never require these other services, but it's good to know there's a place I trust to get me the answers I need.
