I have worked with Tony for probably close to 20 years. I'm a fellow private investigator who hires him for some surveillance services. I have always found Tony and his associates to be professionals and quite good at surveillance. Transparent about their billing and their reports. Honesty and integrity are everything in the private investigator world.

After a few attempts , I gave up and said it has to be done in a different manner , Tony acted, differently and then he refunded the $ 200 I paid him . I would not hesitate to recommend, this person because , he has the making of a good and honest company .

Don't waste time on this. I've ordered a simple task and gave have all the info on the person i want to locate(work address). Tony came to the place and didn't find anyone,because he missed to be sure the person is at the place before doing his job. He is stupid as monkey and calling himself a professional private investigator. The other investigator made this job in 1 day, by simply calling the number he googled before and locating a person in 15 minutes. Waste of time and money.

Friendly service but the service itself could be much much better. I went here to have my live scan fingerprints done. To my disappointment, my prints were rejected by the FBI because "the quality of the characteristics were too low to be used". It's a waste of my time to have them done again, plus having a rolling fee. Please, go somewhere else if you need your fingerprints done.

I had two LiveScans done here. One went fine, the other didn't. I asked the DMV why it didn't go through, and they said that the LiveScan "type of application" was entered incorrectly. After finding out that the LiveScan operator had caused my app not to go through, I asked if they might do it again, for free, since they were at fault. He told me, "I only filled in what you told me to. If it didn't go through, it's not because of something I did." They would not give me a refund or another LiveScan. I thought maybe I was unreasonable. I left there honestly not knowing whether it was my fault or not. However, when I went to another company and told them what had happened, they said I didn't do anything wrong. The LiveScan operator entered the wrong type of application. And here's where it was most definitely his fault: "LiveScan operators should check to make certain that the mail code on the LiveScan form matches the mail code on the LiveScan in the computer." This is what the operator at the second place told me. It makes perfect sense, and it went fine at this other place. You might think that I should give one star for something like this, but really, although I think that my operator was unreasonable about this, he was never mean about it. He was very willing to communicate with me, and I appreciated that. Also, I know that this company does a variety of things, and LiveScans are just one of them. I imagine that this company is great at many of the things they do, but I would not recommend going to them for a LiveScan.
