If your really wanting true results, go somewhere else! I flew to AZ from Oregon to take a polygraph here, Matt was apparently in an accident and didn't even show up for the first appointment. At the second appointment his (associate) administrated the test. She worded questions in such a way that it was very stressful. When I brought up that I was uncomfortable with a question because I had done similar things when I was younger so couldn't really answer the question truthfully... she actually said "put that out of your mind, it doesn't matter if it happens when you were younger"... it mattered to me!! This polygraph ruined my relationship with my sister and aunt because now they think I'm the person responsible for a theft.. What a horrible experience!! Please, if you need accurate results go somewhere else.

If you have major anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and or Depression these are all factors that could significantly interfere with getting an accurate test result of which I poses all of them. I am being accused of a very serious crime. Matthew Jacobs was outstanding! He is experienced in dealing with people who have these conditions to get a TRUTHFUL test completed. (I didn't say necessarily the result you want but rather the TRUTH). Additionally Matthew was extremely accommodating as in my situation time was of the essence, he uses state of the art equipment, and holds a high status within the polygraph community with certifications that help your case showing how creditable he is. Lastly his integrity is second to none. Thank you Matthew as I know I have a complicated brain!

I am in the hiring process for a job and it was required for a polygraph test to be done. This is my first time ever taking one of these tests and I did not know what to expect. Matt did an absolute amazing job with explaining the whole process and making sure I was comfortable. It was not as scary as I expected it to be. My overall experience was nothing but great! I would highly recommend using Matt Jacobs as your provider for any polygraph services. He is very professional, extremely patient, and very informative.

Very professional, took the time to explain everything before the test. Wasn't stressful and really like that weekends are an option which is helpful for busy schedules. Wasn't sure what to expect for a outside contracted polygraph but it was much better than initially expected! Thank you!!

All I can say is if a job sends you here for a pre-employment polygraph, or if you need a polygraphist at all for that matter, do not come here!! I had to come here for a polygraph for an Adult Probation Officer position with Maricopa County. My appointment was at 3 and I got there at 245 as I was told to show up 15 minutes early. Didn't get greet until 315 and appointment didn't start until 330. As for the test, I will try and put it simply: two years prior to this polygraph I had taken two other ones with two different law enforcement agencies. I passed both of those and actually was hired by both agencies which obviously I only selected one agency to work for. I am still currently employed with said law enforcement agency so for me, taking this polygraph was cake. It was my third time and the first two clearly went very well. In the two years between my first two polygraphs and this one, my background did not change except for addresses I had lived at. All the major stuff that may be on a polygraph (drug use, criminal record, work discipline) had not changed as I was working for a law enforcement agency. Well after I took this polygraph, about 3 weeks later, I received an e-mail that my conditional offer had been revoked for the position. The e-mail cited either the polygraph, psychological test, or other detrimental information in my background arose as the reasons for revocation. Well, I hadn't taken the psych test, I know my background was good because I already passed the in-depth background investigation, so there was only one reason left which was the polygraph. This is a private contracted company Maricopa County uses, which can be good and bad. For me, the history of passing polygraphs speaks for itself. All of a sudden I couldn't pass this one? Now understand I wasn't specifically told I did not pass, but take this story for what you will. Common sense and logic say that it could not have been anything else except the polygraph. Read the reviews and go somewhere that may have either more credibility or a reputation for accuracy with polygraphs. After all, it is just a machine and a piece of technology that you cannot use in court. The results are read by someone who may interpret things as they wish.
