More than 30 years experience in numerous leadership, management, and investigative positions as a police officer in CA. My investigative background includes, but not limited to, internal employee investigations and criminal investigations involving cargo theft, burglary, robbery, plain theft, and fraud. I am a fully licensed and insured private investigator in the state of Texas. We specialize in field surveillance, locates, missing persons, backgrounds, and other investigative matters concerning fraud. I am also a fully Texas Supreme Court-certified process server and a Texas-commissioned notary public. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree from the California State University, Los Angeles. I am a graduate of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, VA, Class 186. I have the ability to read, write, and speak the Spanish language.
