Vandagiff & Associates and Employee Management Systems have been in business since 1989. Our professional investigations have resulted in appearing on ID Investigations, History Channel, Discovery Channel and Travel Channel. We were featured in the movie The Haunting of Fox Hollow Farms. The book Were the Bodies Are Buried was written about our investigations that discovered a serial killer. Our wide range of services include Employee Screening for major companies, Polygraph testing during criminal investigations. Polygraph testing for cheating lovers, etc.

Established in 1977. The business started part time while working full time as a polygraph examiner and detective for the Marion County Sheriff's Department. The business went full time in 1989 after retiring from law enforcement. We have grown to service business, attorny's and general public. We have been on several television shows and one movie. A book was written about one of our famous cases. The book is "Where the Bodies are Buried."
