Do not go with this PI. Paul and his wife made a great pitch and first, were very attentive, taking my calls anytime but then it all fell apart after I paid them. I paid $4,000 for a locate tenants who destroyed my property and Paul promised this and that. Then the report he was working on it took approximately five months to be completed, with long periods of little to no communication. Because of the delay, I was later told I would need to pay additional fees to relocate the tenants again, which I found unreasonable since the delay was not on my end. While the report was eventually delivered, the timeline and lack of responsiveness made the overall experience frustrating and unjustly expensive (4k for a report, 1 interview and going with me to file a police report) I would strongly recommend going with another private detective. Oh well, life lesson learned.

I cannot in good faith recommend this company to other people. They say they are going to work on your case, say they are going to meet with you, and then bail- leave you with no assistance. No follow-up call, no explanation, extremely unprofessional. This is time someone could have been looking for another investigator to work with. If you want an unreliable, unprofessional investigator that is non-responsive that keeps putting clients off, this company is for you. Seems they are already tied up with law firms so you are better off looking elsewhere from the start. Very disappointing because they sell you on the fact they are going to help you and get you what you need-very convincing. Not cool Paul.
