I'm a west coast process server that sent out multiple quote requests after hours east coast time. My initial request was for standard, not rush, service. When they replied I said I was waiting for more quotes to come back and clarified that I would actually need rush service instead. This resulted in the owner, Mark Wesley, leaving the following one star review on my company's Google review page: "Super rude. They requested a rush quote. Rush quote provided. They responded "Thanks, it will actually be a rush. I'll see what other responses I get in the morning. Thanks." Apparently they do not read well. Arrogant reply. Please send your business elsewhere. Thanks" I never used their services, and they never used mine, yet the owner decided to drive my reviews down. I also don't see how my reply was arrogant or rude in any way. I reached out to Mark to try to get clarity and hopefully get him to take down his review, but he never responded to my emails, so here we are. His was one of the better quotes and I probably would have used his service, since he was the first to respond, had I not found that one star review when I woke up this morning. Guess I dodged a bullet there.
