Gave them an opportunity to give me a refund on work they did not do before I posted this review. I needed the location of a vehicle in my name , not where it was registered- I already had that information-, I even told them the city where the vehicle was probably located. After several calls inquiring about this case-each time being spoken to very unprofessionally by someone who would not give her name - finally she said that she was emailing the information to me and hung up. What I received was where the vehicle was last registered-, information which I already knew. By now, valuable time was wasted. Maybe this used to be a good family business, which is why I used them after reading the reviews , but after being spoken to like I was a criminal and spending money and wasting time on useless information, I wouldn't recommend this farce of a company to anyone.

There are many reasons to contact a private investigator. Mine is a bit different and i would like to share my story. i live in South Carolina and my 75 year old mom lives alone in Georgia. She is in the stages of early Alzheimers . Not quite ready to give up driving and living alone, but to the point where she needs monitoring. She has gotten lost a few times. Whitesell Investigative Services was able to get me set up with a GPS on mom's car so that I can monitor her from my home. I get a notification when her car is started. i continue to get many notifications such as excessive idle, excessive speed, when she is leaving the parameters of her home, and when the ignition is shut off. The other night I got a notification that she was on the move. I had tried to call her cell phone prior to this, apparently she had left it home. I logged on to my computer and began watching her progress. First stop Walmart (as usual) she left Walmart and I noticed that she was travelling on a road she normally doesn't go on. After a few minutes I realized she was lost. She stopped at a Dollar General then proceeded down the wrong road. She next stopped at a gas station, I knew she was lost but felt like all I could do at that point was monitor. When she stopped at the next gas station (I knew she was trying to get directions) i called the gas station (the number was provided on the computer screen within the tracking) told them who I was and that my mom was on her way in their store and that she needed help getting back to highway 80. I know they thought I was crazy. They were able to direct her to the proper place. I cannot tell you the peace of mind I felt after this situation ended. I was able to keep tabs on her progress and even assist from where I was. Mostly I want to thank Whitesell Investigative Services for providing me with this peace of mind that allows me to be hands on with my mom without being so controlling and robbing her of what dignity she has left for however long I can. They are amazing!!!
