J.P. Badel is the owner of White Tank Investigations. J.P. retired as a Captain and Second In Command of the Lodi Police Department. He has extensive experience conducting, reviewing and managing Criminal and Civil Investigations, Internal Affairs Investigations and Background Investigations. J.P. and his wife, Lynn, are also the previous owners of Badel Consulting Inc. a private investigation firm in the States of California and Oregon. J.P. is a graduate of the FBI National National Academy Session #238, he has a Masters of Arts from University of Oklahoma and a Bachelors of Arts from the University of the Pacific.

Badel Consulting, Inc. was established in 2013 and developed into a thriving private investigation firm in the States of California and Oregon primarily conducting highly sensitive workplace misconduct investigations and law enforcement internal affairs. We closed our doors in 2019 and have relocated our business in Arizona as White Tank Investigations.
