At the beginning, Troy was fairly responsive and seemed like he would get the job done. However, after sending him the complaint for service, he completely and utterly dropped off the face of the earth. Over two months have gone by, and I have not heard a word from him. Because of his lack of performance, I was forced to dismiss my clients case for lack of service. If I could do it over again, I would stay away at all costs, and I recommend you do the same.
