Established in 2000. Our Marin County office was opened in 2000. Our investigators in Marin are life long residents of Marin and the San Francisco Bay Area and know the businesses, people and places, here. Our San Rafael office is 10 minutes from the Marin County Court House. Our investigators have a variety of experience in the investigation field as Government investigators, insurance investigators, military and law enforcement. Called Scott for assistance with an elder abuse/fraud case. He was the only PI firm to respond promptly, and agreed to contact sources for further information on our case. We offered to pay him but he did not respond to repeated follow-up inquiries. So I can't assess his investigative skills because he never provided his results.

I cannot say enough about the dedication, availability, compassion, and kindness Scott and all of his associates showed me. Way above and beyond! I would not have been able to find my daughter without their constant encouragement and great advice and tips. They all were there for me and my daughter every moment needed and then some. I will be eternally grateful for all of the kindness and empathy they showed us and I feel like we all conquered an enormous hurdle together. My daughter was literally on the street when we found her and together we all ( plus doctors) enabled her to now be home and safe and cared for. They are all amazing people with a great deal of expertise and above all, empathy. You will not find better!

I am afraid something has happened to Mr. Filley. I hired him back in April. He told my assistant he would have the report in a few weeks. We left multiple voice messages and sent emails. He finally responded in early August saying the report was completed and he would send it to me. I have sent more emails and left voice messages but he doesn't respond anymore. I can't believe someone with such great reviews would behave this way which is why I wonder if something bad has happened to him.
