Good value, reliable, prompt Yes . We decided to use Raymond Larusso as a trial for a more essential case. He was cheap and responsive , however the reason for one star is that a PI is supposed to remain discreet. Surveillance skills is a must. So blowing your cover within the first 15 minutes was not in the best interest for your client. Following too closely to a vehicle, tailing them for the entire 45 minutes, running a red light to stay close, getting in front of the vehicle and constantly looking back in your rearview mirror, making a U-turn to follow vehicle into a parking lot , then leaving at the same time....sure requires persistence and passion. But when the person knows they are obviously being followed, evidence gathering is now biased. I'm not sure if this job entails licensing but I would definitely go with a more reputable company and check on their license. In this case you get what you pay for.
