I called around to a few other companies before choosing American Court Services, and most of them tried to add extra, unexplainable fees or rushed me off the phone. When I spoke with Max at American Court Services, he made me feel comfortable right away and explained every detail clearly. I have been looking for someone to use as a process server for my cases in Macomb County. After looking up several companies I stumbled upon American Court Services. They're very reasonably priced. Had to be hands down the fastest service I have ever seen in my life. They work all throughout Michigan and are very timely on getting papers served. If this is private or Law Firm related no matter how big or small, they do the job. I would recommend this process serving company over any other one. They communicate with you on a personal level regarding your court case and keep you updated at all times during the process of serving.
