Our owner and chief investigator is a retired police sergeant with twenty years of law enforcement experience and six years in the private field. During his time in law enforcement he worked in multiple capacities including patrol, detectives and SWAT. He pioneered the Active Shooter Response program in his county. He is also retired from the national guard where he served tours of duty in hostile non-permissive environments. His unique experiences are perfect for physical security assessments.

DVI conducts private investigations to include: domestic investigations, workman's comp fraud, missing persons and attempts to locate, and background investigations. We have a team of professional process servers. We also have experts in security assessments, both physical and cyber security and computer forensics.
Established in 2011. DVI was founded in 2011 by a retired police lieutenant and has been providing quality investigative and process serving services since.

I called John to find a family member sometime ago and from start to finish he was nothing but professional, informative, sensitive (given the situation), quick, and affordable. Crazy enough, John found my long lost family member and created a connection for me and the family member to become acquainted.
