Richard Fallin, left the US Army as a Captain in the Military Police Corps. After leaving the Army, he joined the Montgomery County, Maryland police department. While on the police department he worked as a patrol officer, property crimes detective, and as a homicide and sex crime detective. After he retired he started Fallin Investigative Services. Established in 1995. Started the business after retiring from the Montgomery County, Maryland Police Department. The majority of our work came from attorneys and businesses. Fallin Investigative Services grew to 8 employees, but our work product declined. At this point we are at 3 employees and we are able to provide the results and work product that our client's want and expect. We are looking to bring on additional experienced investigators in the near future so we can again expand but focus on providing and maintaining the highest quality, result oriented investigations.

First thing is that this is not a service of any type. It's just one guy, one angry, bitter, wildly unprofessional hell's angels wannabe, who doesn't have to answer to anyone and acts like it. He is horrendously dishonest, and completely untrustworthy. First meeting he was a no-show, no phone call, no apology, just didn't show up. Weeks later, when he failed to follow through on a fourth straight task, I objected. He responded like a child: repeated threatening phone calls and texts full of cursing and yelling and namecalling. I work with 7th graders more mature than this guy. Do not hire this clown for anything, ever.
