Four hour drive. Arrogant salesman possible owner with jokes mocking my former purchases and adamant Amazon is junk and doesn't do what this business does such as... format SD card and educate. Products purchased at this business were definitely sold on Amazon as I read on the instructions "contact Amazon with problems," SD card not formatted, SD reader not the one the manufacturer tutorial showed as what came with the device. The box was not wrapped new in cellophane or alike either. I requested and asked twice for motion activated equipment and assured both cameras were yet neither purchase is motion activated. The markup is more than double the prices online but due to the immediacy of the need of and lack of resources near home, I made the purchases. Regrets? You bet!

1st off only reason I came here because my wife heard there were good and find out their horrible. 4 cams 400$ over priced wit no sound, or voice . thn I paid 400$ more for the installation. 2 months later a cam got out due to a squirrel and I've been calling and txtn the guy to come out and not only tht i got a new phone and can't even get back in the system to watch frm my phone.... I would never recommend thm and I wish I could get a refund

I would not recommend this store. I recently purchased a tracker and battery extender from them. I ordered both and assumed the two items would come separately. When they arrived, Spy Ops had glued the tracker to the battery pack. No place on their website did they say they would fundamentally alter the tracker. I sent them an email and my explanation was I didn't know what I was talking about. I returned the glued tracker and they refunded my money but kept nearly $80 dollars as a restocking fee! How do you restock two items the company glued together? I will not be shopping with them again.

The place really is bad. If you don't know somebody then they treat you like trash and a burden. There product's are over priced! It's best to just go there to find what you want and get it half priced online! They don't help and I definitely wouldn't let them install anything in my house! Best to find a different shop or shop online. They are not that educated with their products or the security field. It's best to just not shop at this company
