Absolutely superb service. I contacted James about a week before my service was needed on a Dentist Office, and he had it served on the exact day that he promised. Highly recommended and I will be using them again.

After speaking with the lady whom answered my call, yesterday, and informed her of all the details, I was told a specific price of service, but yet after emailing the company all the info, I was given a much higher price and told something completely different, not even 24 hours later. This is not good business ethics and I definitely do NOT recommend this company.

Company does not seem legit. I asked for an update and all the sudden the person they were supposed to serve moved. Drove by and the person still lives there. I would highly not recommend.

I reached out to them for a divorce because I can't find my ex husband . They will get the job done ( in my case they did what they could - the server couldn't find him) however, I had to reach out to them a few times for updates that should have been sent to me. They charge $65 for a server and $65 for skip trace and they said Over the phone by Desirae that if the server can't find my ex husband I get reimbursed $65... well that wasn't the case. Once it was all done they gave me the "Who-told-you-that-because-that's-not correct" spill and proceeded to say they looked up a second address for me and didn't charge me $65 dollars which is TERRIBLE that they wouldn't tell me looking up two addresses would be an additional charge since when you skip trace it pulls it all up. Regardless I was told something and it wasn't honored. Those were expectations that your customer had. I thought that was terrible customer service and they were just ugly so for not honoring a refund they Told me and then giving me this great customer service spill by giving me something that was never told was an additional charge that so happened to cost my expected refund amount lol. For that, I just CAN'T recommend using them and that is why they get a two star rating. There's no excuse don't comment an excuse because there's nothing you can say that would make this ok. You need to honor what you tell your customers and if you are charging for things that people are unaware of you need to tell them that so they can make their own choice on what they want to do nice gesture or not. Transparency is essential in running a business. I did love the server though, she was kind and gave me her information if I needed her service separately so they aren't all bad and try to get over on you.

I contacted Roland Process Service and Investigations because I live out of state and could not find an ex, who is also the father of my child. Originally my only intent was to locate him however Roland Process Service and Investigations also said they could serve him. The price seemed fair because I did get quotes from several companies. After paying and sending the needed information I received an update about a week later. They had attempted to serve my ex at the last known address that I provided! From the beginning, I told him that the address was incorrect and I needed to find my ex. I email Roland Process Service and Investigations then called and spoke live. When on the phone, I explained what I needed from Roland Process Service and Investigations. I think the guy I was speaking to was "looking" up where my ex could be because he commented that "he moves around a lot". I was under the impression that he understood what it was that I needed. A week later I again received an email update that they had tried to serve my ex at the address that I provided again! I called Roland Process Service and Investigations again and he told me that I would have to pay him more to "locate" my ex. At the time I honestly could not afford to pay the first time so for him not to do the job that I hired him for is horrible. I have the email and screen shots from my orginal inquiry yet he wanted more money. I will never recommend Roland Process Service and Investigations because of that!
