We hired a nanny who seemed to be fine for a while. Then we started to hear rumors that all these nannies from the area would meet at the park and let all the children run wild without much supervision. My Husband wanted to fire her on the spot but it was just a rumor so I didn't want to do that. My lawyer recommended Darrin and his company because they worked together before. After speaking with him, he told me that he had investigated a similar situation so I hired him. The investigation showed that the rumors were true and worse than I thought. I figured it was just gossip but I was upset once I found out exactly what was going on. I appreciate what Darrin was able to find out to make my decision of what to do easier.

This company literally regurgitated the same information that I gave them during the intake. I paid them over $2600 upfront. They responded by copying and pasting my intake details and emailed it back to me as their "findings". NAI is dishonest and unprofessional. So much so that they misled me into believing an authentic investigation would take place. Looking back, I should have suspected that NAI wasn't a reputable company. They have less than 10 reviews. Their yelp has a total of four reviews. I also suspect that the handful of reviews are from NAI's family and friends. NAI ignored all my calls and emails for months. Until I posted a review. They insisted that they were still conducting its investigation. Which was a blatant lie. Steer clear of them.
