I needed my wife served with divorce papers. all went well with the serving, however I was not provided with the proof of service form. I asked questions about it and was not given any more information. I waited. My state required 21 days and went to the court to file a notice of default and was told they never received proof of service. I reached out to Harris investigations and was told that I received the form on the sixth. I called them and they told me to email that to them but she was rude with me on the phone. I told them I didn't receive the form and then they provided me with the form after getting very rude with me in an email. I provided proof that I didn't receive this email and the only reason I am upset is because now I have to wait an additional 21 days which means now my soon to be ex-wife, has an additional three weeks to change her reply to the divorce. Will not be using them again.

on 12/3/22 i signed an agreement for a therapy plan with the guy's clinic that cost $6,500. i was in the office for 3hrs i suffer from insomnia so i was tired and low on blood sugar. i felt pressured and hurriedly signed the agreement. the very next day i contacted mark johnson the owner of the company and ask to resend the contract. i was told no because he had already ordered the hgh. which was a lie. it's now been over 30 days and i have not received the hgh. also, the other treatments that were in the contract seem to be out of stock and have been since i signed the contract. the guy's clinic was aware of these details and failed to disclose this information before i signed the contract. fraud - the guy's clinic was deceitful in persuading me to sign an agreement that was against my best interests knowing that they could not follow through with their end of the agreement. usury - financed the agreement at $150 per month at 17% interest. this is an extremely hgh rate of interest for a small monthly payment. at this rate, it would take 43 payments, without even touching the interest, to pay in full. with interest it could easily take 5 years to pay off this contract. that is absurd. since i have not made a payment, the substances have not been received, and no treatments have begun, there should be little to no issue granting my request to resend the contract. please stay away from mark johnson and his company.

The job posting on Indeed stated $30-$50 and hour for a process server. I was given a small handful of jobs each week and spent more than I made. you're responsible for a printer, ink, office supplies, notary fees, and to make multiple trips on a serve that may pay $40 and doesn't even cover gas. There is no training, simply a less than helpful handbook and many other sets of instructions that continuously contradict themselves. Asking for clarification is futile. You get to claim mileage at the end of the year, but may go broke until then.

I was somewhat hesitant about some of the process servers I first called. Many returned my calls days later and quoted fees that seemed extremely high. Living across the country I wanted someone who would communicate with me and someone I felt I could trust. I called Michele on Monday and on Tuesday, all three defendants were served and my complaint filed in Federal Court. I really appreciated her prompt communication on every matter, her fees were very reasonable and most important, she got the job done!!! I would not hesitate to use her again and recommend her services to anyone looking for a professional they can trust!!!

I was not impressed. After discussing the service with her on the phone and following up by email, she finally sent me the report of three attempts, all of them having been done on ONE weekend. I don't know the schedule of the person I'm trying to serve, but I hazarded a guess that he MAY be home on Sundays. She told me I had said he was ALWAYS home on weekends! I never said anything like that, but was guessing he might be home on Sundays and Mondays. She further told me she'd requested my email, and I had sent her an email right after I spoke to her. I consider the attitude and loss of my email unprofessional. I don't believe they did much of anything they said they could and would do, except talk to a neighbor very briefly. They said they have a 90% success rate which is why I sent them a money order, but they were not successful in serving him and I wasted my money.
