I hired them to serve a bartender. I gave them their facebook, instagram, 3 different jobs, and the building they lived in. First they tried to make me pay $1,500 because they said it deserved an investigation. Even though I gave them all this info. Then after I refused the ridiculous upcharge, they intentionally tanked, and put no effort in to my service at all. When it was all said in done, I made two payments and got absolutely nothing for my money. They provided me with three pics of the outside of the casino, that somehow are supposed to represent 6 service attempts on the inside. Very unprofessional, even more incompetent.

When my usual Nationwide rep went out on maternity leave I was nervous. I've been spoiled by her level of service for so long, nobody else could possibly measure up. I'm a pessimist. And I was wrong. The temporary replacement is just as capable, just as knowledgeable, just as nice as my usual rep. Nationwide clearly knows how to hire people.
