We had an awful experience. We made an appointment online for a Saturday at 11 am. When we arrived, we were told that they couldn't honor our appointment because they had electrical issues. Since we had an appointment, it would have been nice for them to notify us ahead of time before we drove 30 minutes for nothing. They then said that they'll work around our schedule to re-schedule. We set up another appointment for 6:30 am for the following Monday, and they never showed up or even called. Overall, horrible service and they are unreliable.
