ACTA Pannell Investigations

During his career he was a member of the S.W.A.T Team, a Field Training Officer, Breath Test Operator, Certified K9 Handler, criminal investigations division and received over 2400 hours of law enforcement training. Justin Pannell was assigned to the Fort Bend County Narcotics Task Force as a K9 handler working criminal interdiction. The F.B.C.N.T.F is part of the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area. During his time with the task force he made several large scale seizures relating to the Trafficking of illegal narcotics, money laundering and the smuggling of persons. Throughout his career Justin Pannell received multiple commendations for in recognition for outstanding performance and contribution to law enforcement.
