I signed a contract in July 2023, with John Strange to do some investigative work to find my daughter and her family. I gave him pictures, addresses and anything else that i had for him to find them. He sent me back 1 report listing all of the things that i already knew. I called and emailed him many times, only to get the run around from him. He always sounded like this would be no problem. Of course wanted the $2500.00 up front, which i stupidly paid! I never got any more info from him, I told him where the kids went to school even. He told me his team had gone out many times to find them, but i never got any info at all. This is a very poor excuse for doing business. What a scam this has been. I did ask for a refund after 6-8 months, but of course nothing, not even a partial refund. I would recommend not even considering using John Strange Investigations at ALL. Very unprofessional, basically did nothing but take my money. I had high hopes that with all the information i gave him, he would at least be able to give me something. He promised video, and surveillance but of course always an excuse and i never got anything. As i mentioned. Would not recommend this company at ALL.

I called Elite when I found out I had an old warrant in another state. Within a matter of days he was able to get it all cleared up and everything discharged. I will definitely use them again. They were professional and got the job done faster than I could've asked.
